NIMS/ICS Pro Edition ICS-100 through ICS 300* Training Video
Containing interviews from 20 top emergency managers who have defined a generation, NIMS/ICS Pro Edition has developed a training series that not only delivers on content, but provides a compelling documentary style program that will captivate your students.
Course material is presented by Emergency Managers from the September 11th., World Trade Center attack, a former Director of the NIMS Integration Center (FEMA), a former Assistant City Manager involved with the management of the Oklahoma City Bombing, a police lieutenant involved with the Columbine High School shooting, and members of a Type 1 National Incident Management Team as well as others.
This DVD series is broken down into seven chapters of no more than 35 minutes each, and contains course material covering ICS 100, 200 and much of the ICS 300 course curriculum.
The NIMS/ICS Pro Edition DVD program contains slightly over two hours of contentcovering ICS-100 and 200 and much of ICS-300. The content was designed around the "As Taught By DHS" standard as well as the recent course revisions to the NWCG/NIFC I-200 training program. In order to ensure accuracy, all scripts were reviewed by a former member of the Inter-agency Development Group under the National Wildfire Coordination Group.
The training is compartmentalized with the following chapters in order to provide flexibility in presenting the information:
*Note: While the NIMS/ICS Pro Edition was designed to include much of the ICS-300 curriculum, ICS-300 requires classroom instruction. This DVD can improve classroom instruction, and may be effectively utilized for continuing education purposes.
